About Me

Just in case you don't know me as well as you'd like; or you know too much and are looking for some explanations I thought I would tell you all a little bit about myself.

I love mustard, I really do. I am a vegetarian and it's probably my favorite thing about myself. I am also possibly the pickiest eater ever. A vegetarian who doesn't eat tomatoes, mushrooms or avocados is really just asking for it. I am 118 lbs. of pure muscle. I am a 3.5 looking for a ten. I am the dread pirate Ryan and have eyes like the sea after a storm. I am frequently all "dressed up" with nowhere to go. I excel at sports as long as foosball and badmitton count as sports. I love watching movies. I hate tomatoes but I like tomato products. I think voting is very important but I regret almost everyone I have voted for. I love my TV but I hate TV, The Office and Planet Earth excepted. I am really skinny, but pure muscle. I can only wink my left eye without distorting my face. I have never broken a bone. I find people who constantly swear annoying and people who casually swear hilarious. Camping is one of my favourite things but I hardly ever go. I think moustaches are funny. I like to spell some words like I am brittish (see previous). I wish I spoke German and lived in Switzerland. I love to take pictures. I am thoroughly messy and disorganized but like to write it off to being artistic. I am horrible at conflict. I can sit in true lotus position. I too often embellish stories to make them more interesting. I have very very little ambition, I'm not terribly fond of that. I have a crazy-good long term memory and a crazy-bad short term memory. I like wearing eyeliner but don't do it very often. I impulse buy DVDs all time time but go years without getting ones I really want. I love playing Scrabble, Risk and Trivial Pursuit. I keep an enemies list and have a favorite pair of jeans. I love new hoodies. I love dressing up. I can't sing but really wish I could. I love to read but don't do it very often. I get way too into things way too fast. I try too hard. I am fascinated with masks, mirrors, tattoos but mainly wings on people. I like to make up bands that don't play any instruments or sing any songs. I love things that might give you motion sickness. I am afraid of spiders and drowning. I love sushi but I don't eat fish. My favorite of the X-Men is Gambit. I hate watching all sports except football. I get obsessive over fantasy football. I hate the radio and internally overreact a lot. I find shortness extremely attractive. I like accents, both hearing them and speaking in them. I have twice read a book cover to cover in one sitting. I wear almost no leather but my car has leather seats. I covet a Mini Cooper. I pronounce used to and supposed to correctly. My left foot is a half size bigger than my right. Nothing makes me feel more self conscious than dancing, and I haven't done it in a long long time. I have exceptional eyesight. I love Caribbean Passion from Jamba Juice, curry in all its forms, and Winger's Sauce. I like cats, but am deathly allergic to them. I can't focus. I like Karen more than Pam. I feel really bad for homeless people but they still scare me. I almost never did my homework; I almost always aced my tests. I have no idea how to use a semicolon. I love Riverdance, Ace of Base and Serendipity. I have never cried in a movie. I love art but cannot draw or paint. I love Macbeth shoes, they are pretty much all I wear anymore. I love Mozart and pirates. I have never been stung by a bee, ever. I have never been more disappointed with a movie than I was with Pearl Harbor. My favorite person to make laugh is Matt. I am really good at the card game Egyptian Rat Screw. I like Pez and Nerds. I think my parents are amazing people. Spelling errors bother me. I don't manage my money very well and I love new socks. I lose my keys, phone and wallet chronically, and think 'aperture' would be a better word if it were 'aperature'. I have a blanket that I love to sleep with. I used to not be able to sleep without it, now I just can't sleep anyway. I wish my name was Ethan. I am really scared of needles but have pulled my own teeth. I have only hit one person and he is one of my best friends. (He totally deserved it). I love making "top 5 or 10 favourite" lists. When I have to count a large number of things I count in threes. When I write I drastically overuse parentheses. I have seen The Princess Bride more than any other movie. I can deal with torture and someone was looking for you. My favorite word is "defenestrate". I also love the word "catharsis". The most cathartic thing for me is going to concerts. I want to meet Alexander Hamilton. I can't breathe out through my nose very well. I am ashamed I have read the Da Vinci Code. I really like AFI, almost a nerdy amount. I am fascinated with incredible song lyrics, I wish I could write them. I wish had enough money to be more eccentric, without money it's just being crazy. It bothers me that you get so much salt in those little packets but so little pepper. I am really pointy but there is nothing I can do about it. I like eating MRE's. I think you should go watch BLOOD DIAMOND. I'm not sure anyone has good looking feet. I have actually lived out my perfect day. In 9th grade I was too scared to go on the rocking boat at sluff day but now I have jumped out of a plane. Wes Anderson makes my favorite movies. My suits are all over thirty years old. I bounce my foot or knee almost constantly, even in bed. I have worked making movies, in a movie theater, and in a DVD store. Huge changes in my life have often been the result of random acts of kindness from unexpected sources. I am a movie snob, big time. I love vanilla flavored and scented things. I think I need to be on Teamocil. I memorized two entire versions of Trivial Pursuit. I abhor the sound of the saxophone. I worry I may have chemically lost the ability to sleep un-medicated. Using the incorrect version of “your” or “you’re” just kills me. I like to text meaningful people song lyrics that describe how I am feeling. I love spicy food, even if it’s food that isn’t supposed to by spicy, like peanut butter or chocolate ice cream. I think this is over.
