ryan likes mustard, he dislikes floppy socks
So Wednesday we watched Amelie for color class. What a great movie. The cinematography and use of color are simply sublime. It is really an achievement when you can say that a movie with a sickly green tint looks great. Amelie is the red in her green world which over the course of two hours she realizes is not just contrasting but also complimentary. Oh wow, where is my Pulitzer?
Inspiration
Okay so sue me, I get overly impressed with whatever I have seen lately. Travis was kind enough to lend me "War Photographer" and it was just incredible. Those are some of the best fine art photos I have ever seen and half the time people are shooting at him. This is officially an addendum to my top 10 fine art photos.

10 Fine Art Photos
Ahoy! I blog. I'm a blogist. I have been asked to muse on the internet as part of some classes and here it is. First up a collection of ten images that define "Fine Art Photography" to me. First up and mostly up: Sabastiao Salgado. He got great pictures because he has a Leica, that is really all it takes right? Man I gotsta get me one of those... Also these images are for my COLOR class, that is why I included one. (It's really not my fault, the teacher sets the example) The Ansel Adams is my favorite photo of his, the picture here doesn't do it justice. Enjoy.
